Biju heads SkillCert Consultancy Private Ltd an IIBA EEP for the past 9 years as Director and Chief Operating Officer. Biju has 27 years of experience working with large corporates like Idea Cellular, GMAC Financial Services, Tata Motors, and Tata Capital on a wide variety of roles including large digital transformation projects. Biju has designed and developed multiple certification and competency building programs for individuals and corporates in requirements engineering, business analysis, agile analysis, requirements management, business process management, BPMN, Cyber security, product owner analysis, and cyber security.

Biju has been part of many IIBA voluntary activities and a speaker at IIBA international forums. Biju did his MBA in Finance, followed by Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Market Practice and PGSCM from IIM Kozhikode. He is CBAP, AAC, CPRE, Lean Six Sigma and CFP certification holder. He is a speaker on business analysis on IIBA national and International forums. He has been conducting MDPs & Consultancy in many organizations, to name a few: Hero Fincorp, Cochin Shipyard, NELCO, CII, JBS, Honeywell, NTPC, BHEL, Philips Software. His areas of MDP are HR Excellence/ OD, PCMM/ Competency & Capability Development, Strategy / Balanced Scorecard, Benchmarking and Business Excellence.

His past assignments include a decade-long stint with Tata Capital Ltd., Mumbai, as Vice President and lead dept. like Business Excellence, L&D, Corporate HR (PCMM Lead) and Valuation; He was Head Competency Development Centre & Head HR in GMR Airports; DLF; Consultant at CII Institute of Quality (Bangalore) and Gammon India.

He is Certified Assessor for CII HR Excellence Model, EFQM Model and TATA Business Excellence Model [TBEM by Tata Quality Management Services (TQMS), Pune].
